Exterior
It's a simple cylinder.
There's a signature of Uno Sakura (I preume) engraved into the outside.
The material feels good. It's smooth and low oil. Actually, it's very low oil, almost none. Super convenient. To compare: I have a TOMAX toy in the Hard variant, which is already pretty low oil/scent. This toy is much less oily than that and has less of scent, even though this one is softer, so I'm impressed.
Interior
The brief starting section or the hole is looser, with four large textured bumps. Most of the interior is a lot of small bumps, and then at the end is the uterus, which has the narrow gap you poke through, and a "stinger" for you to collide with.
I'd wanted a uterus toy for years, but somehow never got around to it until now. And I gotta say, this was disappointing at first. I was hoping for a feeling like I was entering an onahole within an onahole, since on some of my other toys that initial sensation of pushing into the toy and popping inside is my favorite. But I honestly could barely feel the uterus upon the very first insertion; if I didn't know it was there, I might not have even noticed it at all. I also have to push my cock into the back cap of the toy a bit in order to get the uterus opening to go over my bottom of my glans (most sensitive part), since the uterus isn't spacious.
However, as I continued to use it, my opinion changed. It still isn't an extremely noticeable insertion-inception sensation, like I'm entering a separate chamber, but it's like a particularly tight (but comfortable) area brushing against my glans. Though I'd still prefer it even tighter, it's a nice sensation, distinguishable from the rest of the toy, especially when your entire dick is engulfed deep inside and you can just do short thrusts around that uterus, letting those parts tease your glans. I like to alternate between that, thrusts only in the main part of the toy, and long thrusts throughout all of it, and I can get nice variety in sensations.
That "stinger" at the end, too, is also great.
I've come to appreciate how it kisses my tip when I push into it.
As for the rest of the tunnel, I couldn't distinguish the bumpy textures. It was more of an amorphous blob of good pleasure. Textureless but pleasurable nonetheless.
So yeah: the distinguishing features of this toy are subtle but great.
It's 100% a thrusting-only toy for me, too. Stroking with it wasn't as fun.
Orgasms
Best of all, this toy consistently gets great orgasms out of me, and does so faster than other toys.
That might not necessarily sound ideal — it's not all about the destination, but the journey too; you gotta make sure to stop and sniff-sniff-sniff the flowers; etc etc — but other toys that get these big orgasms from me like the Kuu-Sou Ultra Zero take, like, an hour to get there (which I don't always have), plus it requires some fast stroking. Meanwhile this toy, I can thrust and get there in maybe 20-25 minutes or so.
And there's just something about this toy that makes cumming inside it feel better than other toys. I think it's because of the uterus ring gripping tighter around my glans, so I can feel more resistance on each pump/pulse/spurt. Maybe. idk. Actually, if that's the case, then maybe my orgasms with this toy are "technically" the same as others, but just feel way better?
I've wound up enjoying it so much that my first time using it blew every other experience out of the water, and subsequent uses have still been, like, the best onahole I've used.

Durability
Out of the box, it had no tears, but it did have a crease near the bottom end-cap. In the box, it's stored vertically. My guess is that in storage, it's tilted over slightly such that the bottom end-cap is folded a bit, and this crease got built into the toy.
It doesn't affect the toy's function, but I wish Hatopla shipped the toy stored vertically (and/or with a plastic cutout as TOMAX does) to prevent this.
Eight uses in, I've noticed no other issues or deterioration.
It feels like it'll be a durable product. I expect it to last a long time.
Promotion
This toy is a promotion for "Uno Sakura", a Japanese ASMR person part of some "Kemomimi-Refle" group. She also does erotic audios. You can buy them on DLSite, though if you're not in Japan you'll have a bunch of her works blocked due to art censorship from Visa/Mastercard.
I would've checked out the audios, but sadly I don't speak Japanese, so.
It came with a small laminated card of an illustration of Uno Sakura (same illustration as on the box). I'm not really a fan so I dunno what to do with it lol.
I think that with promotional onaholes, you're generally paying a little extra in the price for the promotion, so I guess I'd prefer if the promotion wasn't there and if I could save a few bucks. But if you know the VA, then, well, there's this aspect of it for you.
Misc
The uterus at the back doesn't hold a lot of water, which I was pleasantly surprised at — when drying, my cloth barely picks up any water. It's a little sus, because I'm scared that I'm missing the uterus or something and missing all the water, but no. It just doesn't hold that much water.
Though it does hold some, to be clear. I still have to spend some moments more drying, just to make sure I get the droplets of water in the back. It's just not the huge amount I was expecting.
Overall
Of all my onaholes, this is my favorite. Probably the best experience I've had with any onaholes. If I could only have one toy, this would be it.
I find myself interested now in the two other Kemomimi holes (part of the same promotion). One of them has a longer uterus section (with like 3-4 chambers) and the other has the main section being made of rails (looking kinda like Heaven's Fall Ex-Nine). I really, really shouldn't spend more on onaholes... But if I do... Those would be next... But I shouldn't...
